The Oxygen Chameleon

Hey there,

I’m Reda Haq,

A 22 year old Londoner of Pakistani-Indian heritage, I’m a creative writer,  aspiring PR and somewhat nauseating, jargon-vomiting geek who finds digital media super-interesting. Also a bit addicted to crazy-cool clothes, fashion blogs and enjoy raving around to French electro when the opportunity presents.

I was in my final year reading BA English Literature and Creative Writing  at Royal Holloway, University of London when I maintained this blog (2007-2008).  Studenty pretentions and introspective ramblings abound… forgive me, I thought I sounded cool.

Whilst it’s been laid to rest for now, it may yet be resurrected – as something new… thinking of doing a short story series in flash-fiction bursts with @adamsfriendjoe

If you’d like to get hold of me: redahaq@gmail.com/ @oxygenchameleon

Cheers for stopping by!

  1. The only reason you chose D was to include Mr Dr Who Tennant. Incidentally, you missed out ‘Dr’. I see you have cunningly disguised David in the middle of other random D words, so as to diffuse external interest. But I know better, my sweet.

  2. I’d like to add that I think your title is superb and thought-provoking.

  3. I fear you know me too well :P …and of course the title is superb, it’s from Wordsworth’s The Prelude [book3]:

“The marble index of a mind for ever
Voyaging through strange seas of thought, alone.”
    etc.

  4. :)
