I dunno, he was really bolshy in this episode, but before that he's been amazing every time. I think we saw him in a much worse light because he had such an uncooperative team

My blog humbly apologises ninjaman, it didn't occur to me I'd be spoilerising it for anyone!

Yeah agreed about not seeing extra potential, but Simon still should have stayed on... it was so obvious how much backstabbing and scheming to get Simon fired was going on!

Also, it was quite a shock, yeah, but, as Sugar Alan said, he was project manager and had ultimate responsibility .. so not quite so big as when Shazia got fired. that was mentalist. x

They're all completely useless! I thought Simon would be there until the end given how poor the rest of them have been; they're not even likable. Lee may be a hopeful still, although he hasn't really been focused on much at all.

I think Sugar Alan liked Simon but didn't see any extra potential worth hiring him for, although I've no idea what he thinks he's gonna get from the others. He should fire all of them and start again.

Also, your blog is MEAN. Facebook tricked me into visiting it last night to escape from revision hell and it ruined who got fired!

Was it a big shock to everyone when watching it? (more or less than when jenny was let off the hook the other week?)

It was a bit unfair, but personally, I didn't like him! He was too bolshy and mouthy, and ultimately couldn't pull it together! I'm well enjoying this series!
